Past weekend Alex Juschin organised another E2EVC, it was the “E2EVC XX ROME” edition with 120 attendees from 18 different countries. The community mind set on this event is huge counting 20 MVPs, 16 CTPs and 6 vExperts.

While working on a vDisk for Windows 2008R2 with XenApp 6.5 based on Citrix Provisioning Services I got a remark that people could see the Citrix PVS Target Tools icon in the system tray and this could be confusing for the end user as they are presented information that is useless to them.
During my latest (and greatest) project I got the request to add Google as default search provider to Internet Explorer. Luckily I was able to leverage RES Workspace Manager to add the search provider in Internet Explorer.

Yesterday I got intrigued by a tweet from Andre Leibovici linking to this article stating that Citrix employees (sales) are leaving Citrix for VMware, in the article he explains why they’re swapping Citrix for VMware. Andre states ‘ The main reason for the vendor move according to these new VMware employees was the vSphere stack’ and goes on about features in the vSphere stack that are only leveraged by Horizon View.
