I build and lead the global function that proves, tunes, and accelerates how Nutanix wins enterprise infrastructure and AI workloads: a six-engineer R&D core directing a 20-person matrixed organization across product management, marketing, field events, alliances, and sales, turning measured performance evidence into shorter sales cycles and patented product capability. That coverage extends into the healthcare vertical, where clinical workspace delivery meets the same performance discipline.

Before Nutanix, I spent years in the trenches doing migrations and implementations of Microsoft and Citrix infrastructures — RDS, XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, PVS — often paired with RES Workspace Manager. That hands-on background still shapes how I approach infrastructure challenges today.

I’ve been blogging here since 2011 as a way to document what I learn and share it with the community. If something took me a while to figure out, chances are someone else will run into it too.

“Evidence beats opinion. Teams I run instrument everything, publish what they find, and let measured truth set the roadmap.”

§ 03 — Executive Impact

GTM impact

The Velocity Engine

A fully automated validation testbed for the platform's performance claims: workloads, benchmarks, and reference configurations run continuously, with reporting that extends from engineering telemetry to field-ready evidence.

  • Automated, repeatable validation replaces one-off proof-of-concept labor
  • Extended reporting turns raw benchmarks into customer-facing proof
  • Eliminates enterprise sales friction: performance questions answered before they're asked

Intellectual property

GPU & AI Infrastructure IP

Granted U.S. patents in GPU resource allocation, image management, and workload metrics for networked virtualization. The same capability now underpins AI and graphics workloads, including an active filing on ML-driven GPU selection.

  • 5 patents granted, 2 continuations pending
  • Full portfolio enumerated in § 06 below
